Role Summary: 

We are on the lookout for a skilled and enthusiastic Estate Agency Valuer to join their dynamic team. This role has opened up due to increased demand, leading to a surge in appointments at the branch. The Estate Agency Valuer will be instrumental in providing accurate property valuations and contributing to the agency’s success.

Key Duties:

• Perform property valuations for sales purposes.
• Prepare detailed valuation reports and market appraisals.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored advice.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout the valuation process.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in Estate Agency, ideally with property valuation.
• In-depth knowledge of the Leicester property market.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and appointments effectively.
• Driven by results and a proactive attitude.
