Location: Worcester
Salary: £35k+ (dependent on experience) + Commission
Benefits: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, parking + company days

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within your market sector.
• Account Management: Implement strategies to nurture and retain existing business relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Sales Achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within a solutions or service-based industry.
• Skills: Exceptional consultative selling and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Motivation: Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
