IC Technical Project Manager - Cambridge  

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager, with a solid IC Design background to join a small, successful company as they enter the next exciting stage of their development.

The role is to head up a small, growing IC development team and use your expertise to oversee the entire Digital IC Design process, from concept to completion and to provide technical input and guidance at all stages of the process.

It is essential that you have in-depth knowledge and experience of digital custom integrated circuit design principles.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player, who will handle all the resources and coordination from a technical standpoint and oversee the entire integrated circuit design process, from concept to completion

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire IC design process, from concept to completion
  • Address any design-related challenges or issues promptly
  • Manage and lead a team of designers, ensuring they work collaboratively and efficiently
  • Coordinate the creation of new IC designs, digital IP and manage the chip verification and sign off activities
  • Collaborate with IC designers, verification engineers, physical design engineers, and suppliers
  • Lead team meetings
  • Develop best practices

Qualifications

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in electronics or physics
