Resident Services Leasing Associate – Southampton - £28,000 

One Property Recruitment are looking for a Resident Services Leasing Associate to join the front of house team at an award-winning property company that operates in of the most exciting and newest property markets in the UK, the emerging build-to-rent sector. 

Your responsibilities are as follows:

• Deliver the customer service strategy and standards. 
• Conduct viewings and support with lettings. 
• Work closely with the Lettings Manager ensuring properties are presentable for letting. 
• Manage in-bound leads using Salesforce.
• Provide feedback to lettings managers with customer feedback. 
• Start the leasing journey through Salesforce. 
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality service including front and back of house functions, voids and unit management, tenancy and tenant involvement. 
• Manage and co-ordinate resident bookings of amenity space. 
• Meet and greet residents and handle complaints to a resolution.
• Prepare and ensure the delivery of shift handover. 
• Log and distribute all keys, parcels and visitors.

I am looking for the following skill set and experience:

• Previous experience working in organisations providing market rental properties, travel and tourism or hospitality is essential.
• Previous leasing experience is essential.
• Awareness of health and safety requirements and an ability to implement health and safety when required. 
• Strong experience working at business or private events beneficial. 
• Qualifications in property or customer service advantageous. 
• Good communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
