Our client is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service / Administration Manager to manage robust processes across the customer lifecycle, with a focus on quality, within a regulated and process driven environment. The company is aiming to achieve ambitious growth targets as they continue to strive for success!

As a Customer Service / Administration Manager your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Taking accountability for maintaining efficient and robust processes for the support of customers and maintenance of their records throughout their lifecycle.
  • Focussing on enquiry response times and monitoring of the customer pipeline.
  • Ensuring a professional, first-class service experience is delivered to all users.
  • Working with key stakeholders across the business to prepare for business changes and ensure minimal impact to both staff and customers.
  • Managing and coordinating teams to deliver challenging growth targets.
  • Ensuring effective communication of targets and risks, preparing resource to manage through cyclical peaks in activity.
  • Co-ordinating system testing, developments and new item implementation for the team. Ensuring key training takes place to support system users.
  • Managing escalated complaints to resolution.
  • Exploring new technologies to support the team and users with improved outcomes and experiences.
  • Managing, recruiting, training and developing a motivated team to ensure exceptional service is delivered.
  • Monitoring and reporting progress and team activity in line with service standards and targets.

To be a successful Customer Service / Administration Manager you must have:

  • Demonstrable experience of people management and motivating a team to achieve challenging targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A passion for delivering a quality customer experience.
  • Confidence using Microsoft packages including SharePoint, ShareFile, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with D365 and associated views and reports.
