Fabricator Welder
Location Droitwich Spa
Salary £13.50 - £15.50 per hour negotiable on experience
Full time Monday to Friday


The company manufacture state of the art products and are looking to increase the Fabrication teams due to order bookings going into Spring 2025.


Duties
To make high quality builds within deadlines.
Hours are 07:30-16:00 Monday to Friday - No weekends (overtime available outside of these hours)
Requirements of a Fabricator/Welder:
Must be able to MIG Weld/fabricate to a high standard (heavy up to 20mm gauge)
Accurately work from and interpret detailed drawings.
Ideally have experience in; plasma cutting, oxy acetylene cutting and manual press brake operations.
Vast experience with hand tools (grinders & drills)
The ability to work on their own initiative and problem solve.
Able to adhere to PPE standards.
Maintain a safe working environment, always keeping areas clear of debris and hazards and ensuring housekeeping standards are at an acceptable level, recognising potential/actual hazards and taking corrective actions to minimize accidents.
Key knowledge, skills & experience
Ability to work well under pressure.
Ability to work well as part of a team and under your own initiative when required.
Well organised with excellent time management
Demonstrate a desire for self-improvement and enthusiasm.
Ability to interpret and work from drawings.

Over time available at an enhanced rate, two hours each day in the week (finish at 18:00) and Saturday mornings.
Excellent hourly rate dependent on experience/trade test.
