About Us: Join the dynamic team within a Social Housing Organisation, where we are committed to delivering excellence in People Development. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Group People Development Administrator to support our Learning & People Development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learning & Development Support: Organise the annual group people development programme, book venues, update L&D systems, and manage attendance records.
  • Administrative Duties: Provide effective administrative support, issue contracts to external trainers, process applications for external courses, and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordination: Assist with training activities, record keeping, invoice processing, and setting up for training events.
  • Reporting: Collect and collate information to support management reports and budget reconciliation.

Requirements:

  • Education: Good literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Experience: Proven experience in HR/Learning & Development, working with numerical data, and proficiency in IT packages including Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with the iTrent system is essential.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a methodical approach to meeting deadlines.
