Environmental Specialist

OLG Recruitment are currently looking for an Environmental Specialist for our client located near Immingham. This is a temporary position for 4 months, although the client also has a permanent requirement.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collate and report environmental data – including but not limited to:
- Daily monitoring of air and water parameters to ensure compliance status with environmental permit limits
- Weekly environmental noise data processing
- Monthly CO2 emissions collation and tracking
- Support environmental incident investigations and root cause analysis
- Support the business teams with environmental compliance
- Co-ordination of waste disposal requests
- Conduct technical reviews
- Co-ordinate tenders for key environmental work
Key Skills:
- Excellent excel skills.
- Knowledge of environmental permitting and COMAH would be desirable but not essential.
- Refinery experience would be desirable but not essential.
- Process Engineer or Environmental Science/ equivalent Graduate
