Opportunity to manage and lead the Controls Department

• Managing the Controls Department, including recruitment, training, and performance appraisal
• Contributing to strategic plans with electrical engineering information and recommendations
• Planning and overseeing electrical projects, including budgeting and contractor selection
• Maintaining electrical systems through preventive maintenance and testing programs
• Keeping up-to-date with codes and requirements in the field of electrical engineering

Controls Engineering Manager - The Person:

• Proven experience in managing a team and overseeing electrical projects
• Knowledge of electrical engineering and relevant standards and requirements
• Ability to develop strategic plans and implement changes
• Ability to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
• Willingness to stay updated in the field by participating in educational opportunities and professional organisations
