We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our client's team within the Aftermarket environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations for our client.

Summary:

  • Start date: ASAP
  • Duration: 6 months
  • Location: Wolverhampton
  • Pay Rate: £17.00 per hour
  • Hours: 37 per week - Mon - Thurs 8 - 16.45 Fri 8 -12

Duties Include:

  • Manage a portfolio of customers in the MRO as the primary point of contact.
  • Enhance customer information, communications, and documentation to improve service levels.
  • Proactively work within a multi-disciplined team to meet customer expectations and deadlines.
  • Independently handle customer inquiries and complaints over the phone and email.
  • Manage customer delivery requirements and ensure obligations are met.
  • Provide follow-up and address more difficult inquiries and requests.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to expedite or trace shipments.
  • Resolve invoice queries to collect cash.
  • Demonstrate adherence to organisational standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Good practical knowledge and understanding of Aerospace industries.
  • Experience with Customer Portals such as Exostar.
  • Strong planning and organising skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to empathetically communicate and manage customer expectations.
  • Experience in SAP and Microsoft Office required.
