What You’ll Do:
There is no cold calling in our business.
Engage and Re-engage: Build trust with customers, keeping them informed and interested in our services.
Listen and Resolve: Address customer concerns empathetically and provide effective solutions the first time.
Stay Organised: Manage tasks efficiently, maintain accurate records, and complete forms with meticulous attention to detail.
What You Need:
No previous experience required—your positive attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.
Key Skills: Strong listening and problem-solving abilities, excellent written and verbal communication, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours :
Initial Training: For the first three months, you’ll work Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, at our Ashford office.
Hybrid Option: After passing probation, you can choose to work remotely 2-3 days per week.
Shift Rotation: Once on the rota, you’ll rotate between the following shifts every three weeks:
08:15 – 16:15 Monday-Friday & Saturday 09:00 – 13:00
10:00 – 18:00 Monday-Friday (with one Friday off every six weeks)
12:30 – 20:30 Monday-Thursday & Friday 10:00 – 18:00
Salary and Benefits
Starting salary of £22,308 with the potential to increase by £1,000 with each level up, up to £25,308. With strong performance, you can progress through each level within just 12 months.
