Key responsibilities include acting as the IT Manager for assigned customers, providing technical support, proactive system development, conducting IT audits, and updating IT documentation. Essential technical skills required include macOS management, MDM expertise, DNS knowledge, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Bash Scripting, and network building capabilities.
