£19/hour Hybrid working and good benefits package
Our client is offering a 9-month FTC working 25 hybrid hours a week, ideally across 5 days (there may be some flex on this). This role has arisen due to the implementation of an ATS within the recruitment team and a continued increase in open vacancies due to growth.
The position will be supporting the ongoing recruitment strategy across operating companies in the Group, working closely with hiring managers, and sharing ideas to improve ways of working.
Proven recruitment experience will be needed as you will be:

  • Advertising on the company website, career/university pages, job boards and other media to maximise exposure of vacancies.
  • Liaising with recruiters to support hiring needs.
  • Ensuring vacancies are circulated internally within the company.
  • Screening CV’s/applications before presenting to hiring managers.
  • Conducting pre-screen interviews with potential candidates for some roles and assist hiring managers at some interviews.
  • Arranging interviews for hiring managers and other interviewers.
