Facade Manager - Residential

Our client is a residential cladding specialist main contractor. They have a large portfolio of live projects within London and are considered as one of the top contractors to work for within London.
A long term (24month) freelance opportunity has arisen for a Facade Manager to join their project team. The project is a medium rise scheme based in Brixton with a construction value of £17m.
The role is to oversee the Façade, Terracotta rainscreen cladding and brick and block with a major focus on QA.
Your day-to-day duties will include (But not limited to); Full management of the external sub-contractors with a key focus on the QA, accurate progress reporting aligned with the programme deadlines, reporting to the Project Manager, health and safety and weekly site meetings.
You must and have proven experience of managing external packages (façade) on residential schemes previously.
