Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Prepare and present regular project reports, updates, and documentation.
- Foster a collaborative and productive working environment, mentoring junior staff and promoting professional growth.
Qualifications and Experience
- Chartered status (MRICS, MCIOB, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Significant experience in project management within the construction industry, preferably within a consultancy setting.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and technology.
On offer for the Senior Project Manager:
- Competitive salary ranging from £55,000 to £65,000, dependent on experience.
- 25 days annual leave plus bank/public holidays and the ability to buy/sell
