This Sales Executive position provides a varied and interesting workload, where every day is different. Since opening over 20 years ago the company has continued to go from strength to strength and have ambitious growth plans for the future.

About the Sales Executive role:

  • Salary range £26-£32K, depending on experience
  • Performance Related Bonus
  • Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm (can be flexible on start / finish time)
  • Excellent Benefits Package, including Health Care Package (private medical cover, critical illness cover, income protection and death in service cover).
  • Holiday entitlement starts at 23 days + Bank Holidays

  • Permanent role

Duties & Responsibilities for the Sales Executive role:

  • Making outbound calls to customers / businesses who have expressed an interest in the company's products
  • Develop strong loyal relationships with all relevant decision makers
  • Develop knowledge of products, customers and the marketplace
  • Review Contractors Supply Chain
  • Sales of Core Products
  • Be aware of expected sales margin for each product
  • Prospecting
  • Quoting customers and follow up
  • Support of sales emails and customer contact (folder creation, updates, prep, risk review, finesse, send, chase & order)
  • Understand ideal customers and how they relate to company products
  • Be aware of competitive activities in relevant market
  • Manage and improve lead generation
  • Review of product gap and new product development needs
  • Develop strong loyal relationships with all relevant decision makers
  • Ensure quotations are within company capability (technical, financial & other risks)

Skills & Attributes requires for the Sales Executive role:

  • Previous sales experience
  • Excellent administrative & software skills, including Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Organised, detail orientated and able to work to deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
