The Role:

As a Training Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering training sessions to the highest standards.

• Ensuring Health, Safety and Welfare of all course delegates and colleagues
• Adapting instructional methods to meet diverse learner needs
• Completing and returning course paperwork accurately and promptly
• Contributing to the quality and development of training course content
• Managing and deploying Personal Fall Protection Equipment (PFPE)
• Representing the company at various professional events
• Developing risk assessments and ensuring health & safety measures
• Travelling to client venues to deliver courses effectively

The Candidate:

The ideal Training Instructor will possess the following qualifications and skills.

• Previous experience in adult vocational training
• Nationally regulated vocational training qualifications
• Certification in working at height, rescue, and confined spaces
• Competent Person for the Inspection of PFPE
• First aid certification
• Physically fit and able to work at height and in confined spaces
• Strong communication skills and ability to motivate delegates
• Proficient in basic IT functions
• Full driving licence
