Trident Healthcare Solutions are a specalist healthcare recruitment company seeking Speech therapists.
Main duties of the job
You will be joining a progressive, collaborative and innovative Early Years Speech and Language Therapy team delivering a service.
We are currently looking for:
- An enthusiastic and dynamic SLT who has over 1 years experience in working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and a range of complex needs.
- Experience of working in collaboration with members of the MDT team in order to support the needs of children and young people with ASD
- Autism Diagnostic Observations Schedule (ADOS) training and experience in using the ADOS assessment tool to support diagnosis in the pre-school and school aged population is essential.
- Knowledge and skills in providing high quality evidenced based therapeutic approaches and models relevant to this client group e.g. SCERTS, Hanen More than Words programme.
- A commitment to reflective learning and strong team working skills are essential.
- Excellent organisational
- A commitment to new ways of working and an innovative approach to patient centred care and efficient service delivery
