The Role

We are recruiting for a leading health, beauty and well-being e-commerce retailer to support them in expanding their presence on the Amazon platform. This position is crucial to their growth strategy and focuses on driving profitable revenue, optimising operations, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The successful candidate will develop and execute strategies to maximise sales potential on Amazon while maintaining consistent brand messaging and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulating a comprehensive strategy to drive revenue growth across the Amazon platform.
  • Identifying and leveraging new opportunities, technologies, and market trends to maximise potential.
  • Tracking and analysing sales performance, conversion rates, and traffic metrics.
  • Utilising data insights to make informed decisions and optimise Amazon operations.
  • Accurately forecasting demand using historical sales data, seasonality, and market trends.
  • Conducting thorough keyword research to drive targeted traffic and improve campaign performance.
  • Optimising organic listings, including product keywords, review strategy, and A+ content best practices.
  • Conducting competitor tracking and analysis to influence broader marketing decisions.
  • Implementing effective pricing and promotional strategies to maximise profitability.
  • Identifying cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies within Amazon functions.
  • Ensuring exceptional customer service standards and timely order fulfilment.
  • Optimising online reviews across relevant platforms.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with external stakeholders, such as platform account managers and affiliated agencies.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Working closely with production to ensure product readiness aligned with launch dates and campaigns.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in developing or scaling businesses through Amazon, with a focus on driving profitable revenue growth.
  • Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional structure, collaborating with various teams to achieve results.
  • Proven proficiency in end-to-end Amazon account management, including streamlining operations, creating SEO-optimised content, and implementing high-return advertising strategies.
  • Strong skills in planning and managing digital campaigns and projects to meet business objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills and a commercially focused mindset to identify opportunities and drive business success.
  • Experience in creating and reviewing ad search strategies and DSP strategies.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of new Amazon Ads and Seller Central features.

Candidate Criteria

  • Exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience managing Amazon accounts, including SEO, content creation, and advertising strategies.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of market trends.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and internal teams.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Background in managing reviews and customer feedback to enhance brand reputation.
