I am partnering with a school that enables children to be active learners, moving towards independence, control and choice.

Being a school with outdoor learning areas, including a farm and specialist rooms used to support needs, you won’t be confined to the classroom and will really take advantage of outdoor learning and the positive impact it will have on the individual students.

You will be working with small class sizes with different students following the national curriculum but adapting and implementing on an individual basis using the knowledge you will have from working so closely with the students.

Teaching is often described as ‘making a difference’ this couldn’t be truer for this provision, you will be encouraged to be the difference, to think autonomously and make sure you are building relationships and ultimately improving their learning and empowering individuals and giving them the best start for post education life.

You will be working alongside teachers who muck in (and muck out) and will work with you to give you the best working experience available. Also, working with trained physiotherapists, occupational therapists and SEMH professionals.
