My client is a leading company, known for their commitment to excellence and innovation. They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse and ensure that our logistics and supply chain processes run smoothly.

Job Description: As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety. You will lead a team of warehouse staff, coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, and maintain inventory accuracy. Your role will be critical in supporting their supply chain operations and meeting customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving.
  • Lead, train, and manage a team of warehouse staff, ensuring high performance and productivity.
  • Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency and safety.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy, conducting regular audits and cycle counts.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse environment.
  • Coordinate with the procurement, logistics, and customer service teams to streamline operations.
  • Manage warehouse equipment and supplies, ensuring proper maintenance and functionality.
  • Analyhe operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Plan and manage warehouse layout and space utilization to optimize storage and workflow.
  • Handle any issues related to damaged goods, returns, or discrepancies in inventory.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements in a warehouse setting.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
