If so, we have registered this interesting assignment with one of our clients who work at the cutting edge of healthcare innovation.

Starting in September and continuing until October 2025, this is a part time position working 3 days per week.

Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.

Temporary Customer Services Coordinator (Part-Time) Responsibilities

  • Liaising with new and existing customers
  • Managing new customer registration processes
  • Scheduling customer appointments
  • Ensuring all data and information is recorded accurately and in line with legislation
  • Managing general administration relating to purchase and delivery
  • Liaising across the organisation to support the smooth customer journey

Temporary Customer Services Coordinator (Part-Time) Requirements

As the Customer Services Coordinator, it is essential you have a strong customer service background alongside the following:

  • First class verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in use of IT including Microsoft suite
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • A working knowledge of Salesforce and Oracle desirable but not essential
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes
  • Process-driven mindset and ability to adapt to new ways of working
