We are now looking for a Customer Service / Sales Consultant to join our showroom in Manchester on a permanent, full-time basis, working Tuesday to Saturday.

The Role

As a Customer Service / Sales Consultant, you will support our dynamic and fast-growing online jewellery company by driving sales, managing client interactions, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

As the starting point for exceptional customer journeys, you will welcome clients into our Manchester showroom, offering refreshments and catering to their needs before guiding them through the jewellery selection process. This role is around 60% customer service and 40% sales in which you will convert potential clients into sales, aiming to consistently achieve or exceed your monthly sales targets.

You will liaise closely with our in-house teams to ensure that orders are processed efficiently, maintaining a fast-paced workflow and contributing to the overall success of the team.

Additionally, you will:

- Ensure our reception area is immaculate and run to the highest standards
- Guide clients through repairs and resizes
- Handle complaints

About You

To be considered as a Customer Service / Sales Consultant, you will need:

- Professional experience in a luxury sales environment
- Excellent communication skills
- To be a flexible team player
- IT literacy
- A passion for jewellery
- A positive "can do" attitude

An appreciation and understanding of diamonds would be advantageous to your application.
