Excellent opportunity for a Customer Services/Technical Support Professional to join a well-established company based in Glasgow
Established in 1974, the company is a major distributor of pneumatic & hydraulic components based in Hillington, Glasgow known for their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction with customers all over the UK and beyond.
They are looking for a dedicated Customer Services/Technical Support professional to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, orders quickly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and technical aptitude.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Full training and support will be provided at all times.
Office based, Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00 daily
