Job Title: Sales Administrator
Location: West Croydon
My client is looking for a Sales Administrator to support their sales team. This role offers growth potential in sales and marketing. You'll assist with daily tasks, raise quotes, and interact with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries.
- Generate and replicate sales quotes.
- Assist with marketing projects.
- Track and follow up on leads and project statuses.
- Maintain office procedures and databases.
- Provide general sales admin support.
Desired Experience and Skills:
- 1-3 years in customer service or sales admin.
- Experience with sales quotes in the building products sector.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Familiar with SOP, CRM systems, Sage, and Microsoft Office.
