Job Title: Sales Administrator

Location: West Croydon

My client is looking for a Sales Administrator to support their sales team. This role offers growth potential in sales and marketing. You'll assist with daily tasks, raise quotes, and interact with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries.
  • Generate and replicate sales quotes.
  • Assist with marketing projects.
  • Track and follow up on leads and project statuses.
  • Maintain office procedures and databases.
  • Provide general sales admin support.

Desired Experience and Skills:

  • 1-3 years in customer service or sales admin.
  • Experience with sales quotes in the building products sector.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Familiar with SOP, CRM systems, Sage, and Microsoft Office.
