Grounds Maintenance Team Leader
South London, BR1
Start Date: ASAP
This role is a temp to permanent position, 12 weeks temp, with option of moving to permanent based on performance.
Pay rate: £13.50 - £13.75 per hour (based on experience)
Days and Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm : 40hours per week.
Our client is a leading housing association in South London, who are looking to recruit a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader who will lead a group of Grounds Maintenance Operatives ensuring you can identify and plan their work for the day, and supporting the team by being hands on and completing grounds maintenance tasks daily also.
Requirements:
- Experience in leading a team
- Full UK driving licence is a must!
- Experience of driving 3.5 tonne vehicle
- Grounds Maintenance Experience
