Senior/Managing Quantity Surveyor – Water – Worcester - c£75k + Package (neg)
Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is confident with the use of NEC contracts and looking to take the next step into management?
Our client is looking for someone keen to progress who will be able to join an experienced team working on a long term local water framework.
They work across a wide range of schemes from maintenance to major projects which incorporates building, civil engineering and MEICA works on site so previous water experience is not essential, more important are the leadership skills and NEC contract knowledge.
The successful candidate will have their own scheme(s) to manage whilst overseeing and helping to develop 5 commercial staff of varying levels. The framework provides a turnover of circa £40m through projects ranging from £25k up to £10m, primarily through NEC4 Option A contracts. You will be client facing and have the opportunity to move further up the Managing Quantity Surveyors path as quickly as you are able.
