They are recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a major high rise residential project valued at over £40m.

As the Senior QS, your role will involve:

• Cost control and value management strategies.
• Monthly forecasts, CVRs, and Profit & Loss statements
• Oversee the commercial aspects of the project
• Manage cash flow.
• Manage subcontractor payments.
• Provide guidance on contractual issues.
• Variation Account and forecast final accounts.
