Operating in collaboration with premier architects and developers in London and across the South East this multi-site, 70 strong Building Structures Consultancy are seeking a Senior Engineer or an Associate Structural Engineer to join them as a strategic hire as they continue to expand their business due to demand for their design services.

As a business they work on projects from £20m to £150m in construction value, both new build and refurbishment mainly of a highly complex nature. They are a multi award winning consultancy. They have a strong focus on sustainability within the practice and utilise / develop technology throughout the design process.

They are seeking an AIStructE or MIStructE structural engineer to join their collaborative team and lead the more junior members of the team. The role requires a hands on engineer who enjoys providing support and mentoring for engineers whilst interacting with clients, architects and contractors and ensuring high level design is delivered.

They are renowned for their focus on the employee experience and are very strong on training, support and out of work experiences. They offer an excellent benefits package, flexible working and an annual bonus (Which has always been paid) on top of the base salary.
