Content Manager – Cardiff (onsite)

Salary – £45 to £55k per annum   

Must Haves

  • Proven track record in developing and implementing effective content strategies using SEO best practices. Expertise in using Ahrefs, Search Console, Looker Studio and GA4 for content performance analysis and optimization. Strong ability to lead mentor and motivate a content team

As the Content Manager, you will play a key role in the development and improvement of current content whilst being pivotal in the launch and execution of new services.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure content aligns with briefs and keyword intent, review content for SEO, and track performance using Search Console and Looker Studio.
  • Identify and correct content team mistakes, and enforce high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the Head of SEO on B2C content strategy and work with Sales and Partner Support on B2B content strategy.
  • Lead, guide and motivate the content team to surpass their goals and targets ensuring a boost in lead generation from new and current content.
  • Delegate tasks, provide guidance, monitor team performance, and conduct regular feedback meetings to ensure high productivity and address issues
  • Identify opportunities for content improvement, implement new ideas, and enhance content with our unique data.
  • Be ready to dive in, creating and optimizing both new and existing content for high value guides.
