Job Overview
Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor

Duties: A Customer Service Supervisor in our company will

- Manage client and business inquiries

- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints

- Ensure high-quality service delivery

- Coordinate lesson scheduling

- Handle administrative tasks

- Implement customer service policies

- Monitor performance and strive to enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction

- Communicate effectively with customers in English and Bengali

- Multilingual skills are advantageous for this role

Customer Service Supervisor - Skills:


- Strong supervisory skills

- Ability to analyse data and implement improvements

- Be proactive and self-motivated

- Excellent leadership capabilities

- Proficient in English and Bengali

- Knowledge of basic Microsoft programmes

Salary: We will pay a salary of £(phone number removed) per year to potential young and energetic candidates as New Entrants under Skilled Worker Guidelines Option E.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Minimum English Language Skill: A minimum English language skill level of B1/IELTS 4.5 with no less than 4 in any individual section is required to effectively communicate with staff and customers.
  • Relevant Experience: A skill level of RQF3 or above and/or relevant experience for the specific position is preferred. However, full training will be provided to the right candidate. This position requires someone who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
