Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is Wales’s largest health organisation, with a budget of over £2.1 billion and a workforce of over 21,000 staff. The Health Board provides primary, community, mental health and acute hospital services for the population of North Wales.

The Health Board aims to provide excellent care, so our focus for the next three years will be on developing a network of high-quality services that deliver safe, compassionate and effective care
based on what matters to patients. In addition, we will ensure our work is closely aligned with
Welsh Government’s long-term vision for achieving a ‘whole system approach to health
and social care’.
The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, compassionate leader to lead the charge in
environmental sustainability in Healthcare for North Wales. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you will lead initiatives that reduce our environmental impact, promote green practices, and contribute to the overall health and wellbeing of our communities, as well as delivering against our Estates Strategy 2023 - 2033.
