They are now looking to expand their team with an experienced Private Client Lawyer/Senior Associate to oversee Private Client services across three regional offices.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Private Client Lawyer/Senior Associate who is ready to take the next step in their career, leading to a managerial role. This role involves managing a team of three and handling a varied caseload of Private Client matters. The position is based in Ipswich, with a requirement to ensure the sufficient servicing of our Colchester and London offices (reasonably incurred travel expenses from the base to other office locations will be reimbursed).

Key Responsibilities:

- Overseeing Private Client services across three regional offices
- Managing a team of three
- Handling a varied caseload of wills, powers of attorney, and probate applications
- Providing expertise in tax, trusts, and contentious probate
- Ensuring high-quality client service and maintaining client relationships

Requirements:

- Extensive experience in wills, powers of attorney, and probate applications
- Experience in tax, trusts, and contentious probate is desirable
- People management experience is advantageous but not essential
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to travel to Colchester and London offices as required
