Are you an experienced Estimator who is looking to join a Main Contractor in hyper growth mode?
Do you fancy to work on high quality projects ranging from £5m-£25m in value?

Senior Estimator roles & responsibilities:
 

• Managing the tender from receipt, through to submission and post tender queries
• Producing Bills of Quantities for production and obtaining material quotes
• Evaluating returned quotations from supply chain and liaising with supply chain members to bring quotations in line with the project specification requirements
• Preparing and evaluating risk and opportunity
• Arranging and preparing commercial documents for Tender Handover meetings

 
Senior Estimator experience required:
 

• Minimum 7 years Estimating experience.
• Experience in Residential, Education, Healthcare, Industrial & Logistics projects.
• Experience with Causeway/ Bluebeam software (preferably)
• Degree educated or similar.
• Excellent IT / reporting skills
