This is a terrific position within the Senior Management Team, with one of the best surgeries in the area, where you will have the chance to deliver and implement partnership strategy, lead a clinical team, manage risk within the areas of responsibility, and contribute heavily to the implementation of additional services.

Salary – £50,000 - £55,000 per annum + NHS pension + 25 days annual leave + BH

Your role –
• Full-time Nurse Clinical Manager role
• Key member of the Senior Management team across 3 sites
• Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care
• Heavily contribute to strategic development of the clinical team
• Collaborate with Senior Management to deliver and implement partnership strategy
• Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
• Manage budgets and resources effectively
• Oversee clinical operations and ensure efficient delivery
• Ensure compliance with relevant bodies and regulations
• Develop skill-mix amongst clinical team and ensure colleagues develop well on an individual basis
