We are searching for a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead our Sheffield division. If you have a strong background in health and social care and previous management experience in the Domiciliary sector, this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for!
Experience:
- Operational Management Experience: At least 2 years in a management or supervisory role within health and social care.
- Domiciliary Service Expertise: Hands-on experience in managing a domiciliary care service.
- Proven Team Leadership: A track record of managing and motivating an effective team to deliver outstanding care.
- Legal & Regulatory Knowledge: A strong understanding of current legal responsibilities and standards, with a focus on person-centred care.
