We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Apprenticeship Co-ordinator to join our team. You will be working with the Employability team at Beyond Housing to facilitate and support our apprentices throughout their apprenticeship journey from induction through to achievement of apprenticeship standards.

You will work closely with the Apprentice and Volunteer Team Leader to ensure our apprentices have a great experience and every opportunity to develop and progress whilst on our apprenticeship programme. The role will require you to work closely with our existing and new apprentices joining the organisation to ensure that they are supported and able to develop and progress both within the organisation and the apprenticeship standards. We are looking for an organised, self-motivated person that is passionate about making a difference to people’s lives and communities.

You will promote and embed our apprenticeship programme offer across the whole organisation, with a positive attitude and ability to work on your own initiative. You will report directly to Maria Taylor, our Apprentice and Volunteer Team Leader, and will be expected to work across all of our sites. In addition, we offer agile working based on business need which means we trust you to get the job done and work from wherever you choose, having the flexibility to fit in your personal commitments too.
