FLT Counterbalance Operative

Due to continued expansion, we're recruiting experienced FLT Counterbalance Operatives to join our well established client.  

Job Duties: 

• Driving FLT Counterbalance in any designated area in the factory. 
• Shunter driving - Moving trailers around the yard and in and out of loading bays.
• Loading and unloading. 
• Ensuring correct product is loaded for the customer. 
• Assemble and wrap product to customer requirements. 
• Ensure product is labelled and packed to high quality. 
• Splitting pallets of product and relabelling as required. 
• Support with month end stock take when required. 
• Keep good housekeeping standards in all areas. 
• Comply with Health & Safety regulations. 
• Undertake any other tasks appropriate to the position, as requested by management. 
• Keep up to date and complete all training to ensure you are trained to do your day to day role. 

Requirements: 

• Forklift Licence (Counterbalance). 
• Team player who will work with others to achieve company goals. 
• Hardworking with an ability to meet deadlines. 
• Customer focused attitude. 
• Ability to follow instruction. 
• Ability to work on own initiative. 

Working on shifts of 12 hours a day, 3 days a week, regular days. 

Salary: £13.50 per hour including shift allowance + regular overtime available.  

This is a Full time, Permanent position.
