Job description

• Act as the first point of contact for all client queries including fleet management and part orders. 
• Speak to all suppliers and manage relationships in a professional manner.
• Process all logistic administration with excellent efficiency and provide an excellent standard of service. 
• Request the relevant compliance for customer cases and organise on the CRM system with good attention to detail. 
• Work closely in a team dynamic to make sure that all targets are achieved on a daily basis. 
• Manage all client invoicing and raise PO orders accordingly.

Key skills required

• 2+ years experience working in an office environment 
• Client service driven and excellent relationship management experience
