Exciting new Human Resources Advisor role in an equally exciting growing organisation where there are great opportunities for development and to join a professional, dynamic Human Resources team. The Human Resources Advisor role wil be reponsible for the whole 'employee life cycle'for defined client group . This generalist role will manage and drive the whole HR activity for the client group which will include Recruitment L&D, ER, and projects associated with the company's people objectives.
This Human Resources Advisor role would suit an HR Practioner looking to be autonomous in their role, and also maybe someone who is looking for a more 'agile' working enviromemt where their 'voice' will be heard.
Candidates: Grad/Grad calibre with CIPD, will need to hit the ground running so need to have some significant HR advisory experience gained in a professional customer service orientated enviroment and have exemplary interpersonal communication and organisational skills to manage the depth and breadth of this role.
