JOB DESCRIPTION:
I am currently working with an exciting Facilities Management company that are looking for a Plumber to cover planned and preventative maintenance on a large building in Millom. Our client is looking for an experienced plumber.
The role will be 40 hours a week.
Daily responsibilities will include:
- Planned and preventative maintenance
- Repair and replace fittings
- Diagnosing and rectifying faults
- Carrying out work safely and efficiently
- Building relationships with client and contractors on site
Requirements for the role
- Experienced plumber
- Reliable and can work as a team
