We are seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to oversee a circa £2m bespoke joinery operation. This division is part of a larger contracting group, you'll be responsible for providing bespoke manufactured joinery to the core business but also building on their external offering. This is a key position within the business and you'll play a pivotal role in their growth and development plans.

Workshop Manager - Responsibilities & Reasons to apply:

• We are looking for an experienced Workshop Manager that can oversee a manufacturing team of 15 whilst driving external sales.
• You'll be tasked with attended project start up meetings, allocating and co-ordination of projects and ensure manufacture is in line with set targets
• Working with the commercial team, you'll play an influential part in estimating and push to increase margins across the business
