Are you a primary school Primary Supply teaching assistant looking to support your local schools with their daily, short term and long term needs?

We are currently working alongside wonderful Schools based in East London to recruit a Primary Supply Teaching Assistant to support their classrooms.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one support to the child with autism in the classroom.
• Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs). - Help the child with autism with academic tasks and social interactions.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for the child.
• Collaborate with the classroom teacher and other professionals to address the child's specific needs.
• Monitor and track the child's progress and communicate with parents/guardians. - Implement strategies to support the child's sensory needs and promote positive behavior.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills in supporting children with autism.
