The Role:

We're seeking an Electrician for our client's Nottingham branch with experience in Solar PV and a strong interest in renewable energy to join their team. Our client's approach is unique- they offer training to help the team expand their skills, enabling them to assist with the installation of various products they offer. With branches across the country, you'll primarily work in your local area, with occasional support to other locations as needed.

So, what will you be doing as a Electrician?

• Join a welcoming team focused on installing solar panels, batteries, EV chargers, and both air and ground source heat pumps.
• Conduct first and second fix electrical installations, primarily in residential properties.
• Perform NICEIC electrical installation condition reports (EICRs).
• Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems while adhering to all relevant statutory and legal guidelines.
• Expand your knowledge of our renewable products and assist with their installation as needed.
• Effectively communicate with customers, providing clear explanations of product and system operations.
• Offer support to the team as needed for planned work.
• Ensure all paperwork for each job is completed promptly and accurately.

What are we looking for in our next Electrician?

Required:

• Full UK driving licence
• 18th Edition
• City & Guilds 2391 - Inspection & Testing (or equivalent)
• City & Guilds 2392 - Part P
• Experience fitting and testing solar PV

Required:

• Solar PV Installation Qualification
• Electric Vehicle Charge Point Installation Qualification
• Experience fitting air source and ground source heat pumps
