🔶Experience Needed: Main Contracting (Luxury Resi), IT Savvy, Proactive, Energetic
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily site operations, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
- Managing subcontractors and site personnel, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Coordinating with architects, designers, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitoring project progress, budgets, and schedules, with regular reporting to a Roaming Project Manager.
- Resolving any on-site issues proactively, maintaining smooth site operations.
- Ensuring all site documentation is accurate and up-to-date, utilizing IT systems efficiently.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in main contracting, particularly in luxury residential projects.
- Strong IT skills, with the ability to manage digital site documentation.
- Proactive, energetic, and detail-oriented approach to site management.
