I have a Contracts Engineer role working with a Civil Engineering and Ground Engineering firm based near Stirling. This is great opportunity to take your first steps within Civil Engineering working on a variety of Ground Engineering, Foundations, Piling and more. 

You will be working as part of the Scottish Ops Teams and manage several contracts ensuring they are completed in a safe manner and meet design requirements and company standards. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of multiple contracts from receipt of order to final account, to meet budget requirements set by the company.
• Attendance of pre-contract and site meetings with client, client’s representatives and key sub-contractors.
• Projects are planned and executed in accordance with company health and safety / QA procedures and statutory requirements.
• Management of the day to day performance of Supervisors, Site Operatives and Sub-Contractors.
• Consult with client representatives on the preparation and completion of permits to ensure a safe place of work.
• Preparation and approval of: RAMS - explaining how risks are to be managed, Design calculations, Briefing Sheets – giving details about the contract, products to be installed, founding criteria and any other site-specific requirements, Associated paperwork record sheets, drawings etc. 

Key Requirements:

• Civil Engineering Degree (or comparable experience)
• Some previous experience within Civil Engineering would be beneficial 
• Driving License
• Can do attitude and willingness to learn
