The Role and School
This SEND school, based in Redcar are looking to appoint a passionate Nurturing Teaching Assistant. Working in this wonderful school as part of an established team, the desired Nurturing Teaching Assistant will be working both in small groups and on a one-to-one basis with pupils with SEND and SEMH. 

Requirements
The requirements for the Nurturing Teaching Assistant position are:

• Experience of working within SEN environments

• Be resilient and able to meet demands of a special school setting.

• Understands the needs of students with learning difficulties.
• Right to work in the UK
