Must have InDesign experience

100% working on site

8.30am to 5pm / 9 to 5 / 8 to 4 - can be flexible

Full and part time could be considered

Job Role:

To provide temporary cover for a key member of staff by fulfilling all their duties both design and administrative. You will be working in a quiet but busy office. You will be creating innovative design and content for documents ensuring the customer is always at the focus of what you do.

Our client requires someone who is highly skilled in producing long and complex documents in InDesign, but is also willing to spend a day 'getting their hands dirty' standing over the photocopier, binding books and packing boxes!

Job Role:

  • Design and produce complex documents and materials in InDesign for participants and course leaders
  • Find creative solutions, completing orders within the designated timeframe.
  • Printing and collating materials
  • Punching and binding books
  • Assembling the 'kit' for the participants and the course leading
  • Packaging and posting parcels
  • Liaising with third parties, clients and the team, in person, over the phone by email - responding promptly to all queries
  • Proof reading and quality control of documents produced

About you:

  • You will be proficient in using a desktop design platform, InDesign (Essential)
  • IT literate - Microsoft Suite, copy/print etc.
  • Have excellent customer service skills
  • Have a track record in completing administrative duties
  • Creative, motivated and have excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to organise and prioritise many tasks and work calmly under pressure
