Sales Advisor

Permanent

Rugby - office based

Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm and 10am to 7pm

£23,800pa plus bonus (OTE up to £28k)

Our client is a hugely successful company based in Rugby who are looking for a Sale Advisor. Full training will be given in this position and it can be considered an entry-level role.

Your key responsibilities as a Sales Advisor:

  • Following a script
  • Speaking to customers who are interested in an insurance policy to help them find the right one
  • Updating an internal system with customer details
  • Arranging payments either on the phone, via bacs or direct debit

The ideal candidate for a Sales Advisor:

  • Clear, concise telephone manner
  • Confident speaking over the phone
  • Good with IT systems
  • Ideally some background knowledge on insurance policies (perhaps you have taken one out in the past)
  • You will have worked in a high energy, fast paced environment (Office or retail/hospitality)
  • GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths is essential
