About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Service Delivery Co-Ordinator on behalf of our client in Gloucester. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the smooth operation of the site, ensuring that vehicle movements and operations meet both customer and internal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the administration, coordination, and movement of vehicles meet customer and internal SLA requirements at all times.
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations, addressing any issues or incidents promptly and escalating when necessary.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to plan vehicle arrivals, ensuring efficient use of space, labour, and equipment, and supporting the inspections team as needed.
  • Maintain clear communication with the Vendor Support team to prevent delays in vehicle allocation for sale.
  • Ensure the smooth flow of vehicles through the auction process, from pre-sale to post-sale logistics.
  • Handle general client enquiries professionally, following customer service standards, and escalate any concerns appropriately.
  • Adhere to and enforce all HSE requirements and safe operating practices within the yard, ensuring all vehicles are secure, and the site is presentable.
  • Work with the Operations Manager to train and develop team members, investigate any disputes, and provide timely feedback.

  • Experience in an operational environment, with a strong ability to work as part of a team.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Flexibility, initiative, and the ability to adapt to changing environments.
  • Strong customer service skills, ensuring clients’ needs are always prioritised.
  • Experience working within a KPI-driven environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Good time management and organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a busy setting.
  • Ability to assist and train new or less experienced team members.
